By completing this form and clicking the submit button below; the above Notary has read and accepted our Terms of Service disclosure. This invoice MUST BE completed no later than 72 hours after the assignment has been completed or if the invoice is NOT received within 90 days of completion of closing, payment will be forfeited by the Notary. Phoenician Closing Services, LLC. agrees to pay the above Notary for services rendered within 10 days of receiving payment from our client, not to exceed 60 days after completion of assignment.
